We accept a wide range of major credit and debit cards.

Payment Policies

It’s important to note that no advance payment is required to confirm your appointment. We request that full payment is made directly to the engineer at the time of your appointment, either in cash or by debit or credit card.

The following credit and debit cards are accepted for payment on our website:

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro debit cards.

Debit Cards

When you book a repair or installation with us, there is no additional charge for using any of the debit cards listed:

  • Maestro (formerly known as Switch)
  • MasterCard Debit
  • Visa Electron
  • Visa Debit
  • Delta

Please note that only debit cards issued in the UK are accepted.

If you are paying with a Maestro card via our website, you will be asked for an issue number when entering your payment details. If your Maestro card does not have an issue number, please enter 0 in the field provided.

Credit Cards

The following credit cards are accepted for payment of repairs, although it’s important to note that credit card payments are subject to a fee, details of which are given below:

  • Visa
  • American Express
  • MasterCard

Credit card fees – There is a 0% fee for payments made by credit card, either online or over the phone.

Cheques

We regret that we do not accept personal or business cheques, nor can we process cheques sent by post.
