Please be aware that certain items may be subject to return restrictions or might be non-returnable; however, our Returns Policy does not infringe upon your statutory rights.

Returning an Unwanted Item

Should you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within a 45-day period post-receipt, provided the item remains in its pristine, original state. Our acceptance of returns is governed by the stipulations within this policy.

Returning a Faulty or Defective Item

In the event that your item is defective or exhibits a fault, you are entitled to return it within 45 days of receipt. Our technical team will conduct tests to confirm the fault or defect, preceding any actions towards an exchange or refund.

Should a repair or exchange be unfeasible, a full refund will be issued.

If, however, the item is determined to be without fault or defect, we will engage with you to discuss the most appropriate resolution.

Returning an Incorrect or Damaged Item

Mistakes happen, and occasionally, items may be dispatched incorrectly, arrive in subpar condition, or sustain damage en route. It is crucial that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing images of the item and any other pertinent details as requested by our team.

Leaking and Hazardous Items

Upon receipt of an item with leaking liquids or deemed hazardous, immediate notification is essential. We will advise on the appropriate disposal methods and proceed with processing your refund or exchange.

Original Condition

We ask that items under your care are handled responsibly.

This entails inspecting the item as you would in a retail setting, but refraining from actual use, assembly, or entering any personal data or software. Returns will be declined if the item or its packaging is damaged, torn, or tampered with.

All returns should be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation provided. Bundle purchases require the return of all included items.

Hygiene and Consumable Items

Certain items, once opened or used, such as headphones or ink cartridges, are not returnable. We advise reviewing the product description thoroughly prior to opening or removing the original packaging. Hygiene-related products are non-returnable once their seals are broken.

Digital Products and Services

Returns for activated, opened, or used games, digital storage devices, downloads, or subscriptions are not accepted.

Services under a contract, such as installation, cannot be refunded once completed.

Post-45-Day Returns

We do not accept returns beyond the specified 45-day period.

Should an item exhibit faults post-45 days yet within the warranty period, a repair may be sought in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

It’s vital to have your purchase receipt and, if applicable, the item’s serial number ready when initiating a warranty claim with the manufacturer. For assistance or inquiries, please contact our support team.

Return Costs & Methods

For items identified as defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is complimentary, with a pre-paid returns label provided.

Items that do not fall under these categories do not qualify for free returns. If using a pre-paid label for such returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange and Refund Process

Following the return and inspection of items, we’ll proceed with processing your refund or exchange.

In instances where an exchange or repair is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Refund times and policies

Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account. Returns that do not comply with our policies may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will not include original delivery charges, with a deduction of up to 50% of the refund amount or return of the item to the customer for excessive handling, poor condition or incomplete returns.

Please ensure that your returns are accompanied by an authorisation number, which must be clearly marked on the return packaging. Returns without this number or with altered return labels will be refused.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days following the assessment of returned products. Products returned outside of our policy cannot be fully refunded.
